Creating The Future: Executive Leadership Summit

March 21-22, 2022 • San Francisco, California

COVID-19 Protocols

As of March 9, 2022

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the International Fresh Produce Association Executive Leadership Summit. All attendees of the event must abide by these protocols while in attendance.

  • To ensure a safe and responsible event, IFPA will follow all facility and local government guidelines. Guidelines may change, so check this website for the most up-to-date guidance

  • All event attendees must be able to show proof of full vaccination (not boosters) or a negative Covid test at the registration table to attend the event per San Francisco city regulations. Requirements for proof of vaccination, including boosters, for the venue/city continue to evolve and we will keep registrants aware of the most up-to-date requirements as the event approaches. Currently some venues and establishments in San Francisco mandate the booster shot for fully vaccinated status.

  • Masks are optional during the event.

  • If you are traveling via plane or other public transportation, there is a federal mandate to wear your mask while in transit.

  • Proof of vaccination or a negative covid test will be required at event registration and all bars, restaurants, clubs, and gyms in San Francisco (this includes the hotel lobby, bar, health club, swimming pool and restaurants).

  • The Hotel Nikko is committed to upholding the highest quality of standards and have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Please review their website for more details.

  • By registering to attend the Executive Summit you agree to the following liability clause:

I agree to follow all IFPA Rules and Regulations and assume all risks associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with, attendance at the Event and/or participation in Event-related activities, including, without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage, illness or sickness (including those caused by infectious or communicable disease such as COVID-19, H1N1, or other illness or sickness caused by viruses), or injury to the person (including death), whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God, or otherwise, and whether occurring before, during or after the Event, as the case may be.  I agree that neither IFPA nor its agents, officers, directors, members, contractors, or employees shall be liable for illness, sickness or injuries to the person (including death) resulting from, occurring at or arising out of the Event or any Event-related activities for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages; and releases and discharges such persons and entities from, and covenants not to sue such persons and entities with respect to, any and all risks, injuries, losses, damages and liabilities described herein.

The health and safety of all attendees, staff and contractors is our top priority. Thank you for helping us meet together in person in a safe manner.

If you have any questions about the protocols set forth for this event, please contact Miriam Wolk. Any updates to these protocols will be communicated to registered attendees a week prior to the event.
